  • Held end-to-end ownership of the Protokos digital platform, spanning architecture, brand system, delivery workflows, and operational constraints

  • Defined and governed a modular WordPress platform architecture to ensure consistency, scalability, and controlled evolution

  • Established platform governance rules to prevent scope creep, fragmentation, and operational degradation

CRM, Payments & Lifecycle Automations

  • Owned the lifecycle logic across CRM, payments, onboarding, and delivery workflows

  • Defined system handoffs from payment to onboarding to execution, eliminating manual dependency and ambiguity

  • Governed automation rules and lifecycle stages to support a fixed 5-day delivery model without operational failure

Analytics, Attribution & Commercial Accountability

  • Established analytics and attribution standards to provide decision-grade visibility across sales-led and inbound growth

  • Owned ongoing optimisation decisions based on platform performance and commercial constraints

Overview

I held full ownership of the Protokos digital platform as an operational system, not a marketing website. Responsibility covered platform architecture, lifecycle design, CRM logic, automation, analytics, governance, and delivery constraints required to support a fixed-scope, 5-day website model. The platform was designed to function under real commercial pressure, balancing speed, quality, and maintainability. The outcome was a governed, repeatable system capable of handling sales, onboarding, delivery, and performance tracking without reliance on fragile manual processes.

Challenge

Traditional agency delivery models struggle under speed and fixed scope, often relying on manual processes, informal handovers, and fragile workflows. For Protokos, the challenge was to support a fixed 5-day delivery model without sacrificing quality, governance, or operational control.
Without a governed platform, rapid delivery would introduce delivery risk, data inconsistency, and scaling limitations.

Solution

The solution was to treat Protokos as an operational platform rather than a marketing website. This meant owning platform architecture, defining lifecycle logic across CRM, payments, onboarding, and delivery, and enforcing governance rules that protected speed without compromising stability.
By embedding automation, lifecycle ownership, and performance standards into the platform itself, Protokos was able to operate within strict delivery constraints while remaining scalable and maintainable.
